Exergames are very easy to make yourself because you can use the programming environment or game engine that you are already familiar with. Additional technical information on all kinds of topics related to programming can be found on the documentation page.
If you can't or don't want to program yourself, take a look at Construct, that is the lowcode environment with which I program all my games.
The Photon Fit is an exergaming console that works with invisible laser lights to detect human movements.
I have made a number of games that you can play with the Photon Fit system. They are listed on the special
Photon Fit games page. Hint: press F11 to maximise the browser screen and use a screen ratio of 16:9 (for instance a resolution of
1920x1080) for the best gaming experience.

For the best user experience (recommended if you play exergames all the time) you can install my Firefox addon that maximises
